I facilitate workshops on listening and field recording. I investigate listening as a mode of attention, and as a way to relate to a place and approach site-specific work. My interests and research has drawn inspiration from Pauline Oliveros’ Deep Listening practice, as well as the lifework of composers such as Hildegard Westerkamp and Annea Lockwood, indigenous studies and eco-feminism.
